"100% Delighted with the Experience "

I just bought a used (2013) Honda from Pacific Honda, and was 100% delighted with the experience.

I didn't have to wait at all, and the entire transaction went quickly and smoothly, the only delay being caused by me-- my many questions, trouble making a decision, etc.

The Sales and Leasing Consultant (better known to some of us lay people as "salesman") with whom I dealt, Sherman Leung, could not have been more patient with my confusion, delay, etc., nor could he have been more helpful, informative, courteous or professional...and if anyone knows more about Hondas-- including how they compare to similar models in other makes of car--  than he does, I'd be shocked, because he was amazingly knowledgeable.

When I was ready to deal with the paperwork and financing aspects of the deal, I was turned over to Finance Manager Jess Hong, who matched the very high standard of service set by Sherman Leung.

I never felt hustled, pressured, conned or in any way condescended to-- not always the case for a woman in Car World, especially one like me who can't even manage to pretend to be knowledgable about cars or car-buying.

Throughout the entire process I felt, on the contrary, that both Mr. Leung and Mr. Hong went out of their way to make the process as easy, painless and comfortable for me as possible-- and they both succeeded.

Mr. Leung in particular went above and beyond the call (or so it seems to me-- maybe this is more common practice than I'm aware of) in delivering the car so as to spare me the hassle of picking it up after having to return my rental car-- and, as with all else, he did this with courtesy, good humor and a smile.

I have now had my car for over a week, and have discovered no problems with the car or its detailing-- it runs fine and is in spotless, totally satisfactory condition, so far as I can tell, right down to the floor mats;  even such small details as the owners' manual and related booklets being in a like-new cloth folio have been attended to.

I would definitely recommend Pacific Honda in general, and Mr. Leung and Mr. Hong in particular, to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

A VERY HONORABLE CAR DEALER-PACIFIC HONDA- We bought our new Honda from Pacific Honda 3 days after we moved to Hawaii. Things were crazy looking for a place to live etc. Our new Honda had a small dent in the fender when it was delivered which was hard to notice with a quick look around. A year and a half later we mentioned it to our sales rep., Bill Tang and he said, without hesitation, no problem, we'll fix it. A true honorable rep and dealership.

"He Cares About Me As An Individual Rather Than Just Pressuring A Sale"

I left Pacific Honda on October 3, 2014 a proud owner of a new 2015 Honda Fit due to the friendliness and excellent service I received from Chris Heaton. Chris went out of his way to demonstrate he care about me as an individual rather than just pressuring a sale.

After walking around your dealership and looking at many cars, I settled on the Honda Fit. Chris got keys to a Honda Fit so we could take it out for a test drive, but the car did not have enough gas in it. Chris apologized and offered to put gas in it so we can test drive the car. I told him that it was not neccessary and that I did not really need to take the car out for a test drive since I was ready to purchase the car. However, Chris informed me that he believes that I should drive the car to see if I really like the car and the car is right for me before I purchase it.

I would definitely recommend and refer my friends, co-workers and other acquaintances to Pacific Honda because of the friendliness and excellent customer service I received from Chris and your other staff.

"Ron is the BEST!"

I've been a faithful customer of the service department ever since I bought my Civic from Pflueger Honda when they were still located on Ala Moana Blvd. I've read some negative reviews about poor customer service at the service department, which I've never experienced (knock on wood). I always ask to see Ron for all my car service needs, such as a safety check, oil change, or battery replacement. Ron is the BEST! I know that I can go other places for such services (and probably at a lesser cost), but why when everyone is so friendly and helpful at Pacific Honda!

Since I've been taking my car here for years, Pacific Honda has my car service history, so I never have to worry about my car maintenance needs. Ron always goes over the work planned for my car and always checks with me first about any other additional work. I totally appreciate that. Thank you Ron for your outstanding service!

The waiting room at the service department is pretty comfy. I ended up sipping complimentary coffee and watching a replay of the Merrie Monarch Festival on the big flat screen last April while I waited for them to replace my battery. They also have a shuttle service!

With its convenient location (literally down the street from my office) how can I go wrong? I intend to continue to take my car in to Pacific Honda for all of its maintenance needs!

"Lee Ann is the bomb!"

This review is for the service department, in particular, Lee Ann Shishido.

Conveniently located up the street from where I work, I can drop off my car in the morning, walk to work, then pick it up after work.

There's a nice waiting area with computers available for use, as well as a tv and seating area.  And there's a beverage machine that dispenses complimentary coffee.

Lee Ann is the bomb! She's friendly, courteous, and always greets me by my name and with a smile when I'm dropping off my car. Efficient check in process.  

When we first switched to Pflueger's service department, we got a different advisor.  Upon making our subsequent appointment, we got Lee Ann. Needless to say, we haven't gone back to the other advisor because Lee Ann is always helpful and friendly.   We were at first hesitant to switch from our previous Honda dealership where we bought our car and have always gotten it serviced, but because of the convenient location and awesome service we've received through Pflueger, we're converted.  

The report with the synopsis of what was done that day, as well as recommendations for future work that they give us when we pickup the car (and e-mail a copy too) is handy.

On Friday April 27, 2012, I was driving my 2000 Honda Accord EX V6 Coupe on the north shore. The engine started to run very rough and the "Check Engine" light came on. I managed to drive the car to Pflueger Honda. At 2pm Service Rep Lee Ann Shishido took in my car for repairs, got it repaired and out the door by 4pm!!! THAT IS WHAT I CALL GREAT SERVICE!!! Thank you Lee Ann and the Pflueger Honda Service Team!!!!!!

Our family recently has purchased a new car from Pflueger. I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service we received by Jess Hong. We were so delighted to have worked with Mr. Hong I the purchase of our new vehicle. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling our car purchase were very important to my complete customer satisfaction. Our intention was to first shop around for our new car, but after meeting Mr. Hong, that changed our minds instantly. He ensured that our family received the best deal. I am deeply appreciative for his assistance and support. While I knew "Honda" was renowned for the vehicles it provides, I feel like Mr. Hong provided us with superior service that I now will associate Honda with.
